Stanbridge Holiday Camp Summer Schedule 2026
The summer schedule is packed full of exciting activities for the children as part of the Holiday Camp Revamp project. You can read more about specific activities on the main Holiday Camps page on our website.
Each and every day of Holiday Camps we offer consistency through our daily structure so that the children understand the order and timings for activity sessions and breaks. This is communicated clearly during our daily briefing to staff and children. It is also really important to us that we offer flexibility for each child to ensure they feel safe, well cared for, and secure in the knowledge that we have their best interests at heart. Please see our daily model with timings below.
Flexible drop off and pick up times
Open from 830am for early drop off
10am later drop off
330pm early pick up
Up until 5pm late pick up
Extended Provision
During the hours of 830-10am and 330-5pm we offer extended provision through the means of Active Play and the Indoor Games Zone.
Active Play is designed to allow children the time and space to explore a range of outdoor games and equipment e.g. basketball, tennis, football, archery, adventure trim trail, outdoor gym equipment, and more.
Indoor Games Zone houses many options for children seeking an alternative to outdoor play. We have carefully selected a range of games such as; table tennis, darts, table football, giant jenga, board games, wii sports, a lego station, a pool table, and more. This area also has a regulation station and well-being area (full of rugs, cushions, bean bags, and sensory toys) as a way of providing a quiet space for children to relax.
Breaks and Lunchtime
After 10am and the daily briefing is complete we begin our activity sessions as per the schedule below. We factor in short breaks during the morning and afternoon for a snack, and lunchtime is taken from 1230-130pm daily. Children eat their lunch together with two on duty staff members, and then head out to play for the remaining time available over lunchtime.
