Cancellation Policy

Cancelling of Booking by Customer

  • For cancellation of a booking, Sporting Chance will require 48 hours notice prior to the activity start date for a full refund.
  • If less than 48 hours notice is given, customers who cancel their booking will receive a full credit note in the form of a voucher and this will be valid for 12 months from the date of issue.
  • Cancelling part way through a course or club notes will also be issued for any cancelled individual activity sessions that form part of a weekly block booking. Credit notes can be used for any of our services and are not limited to one part of our service.

Special Covid 19 amendment 

Customers that are instructed to by NHS test and trace or choose to self-isolate due to being deemed a Covid 19 ‘close contact’ or for any other reason Sporting Chance will honour your booking by transferring your booking to an alternative date to suit you free of charge. You do not need to give the minimum 48 hours notice period in these circumstances.

Forced Closures

If Sporting Chance is forced to close due to an external factor beyond its control such as bad weather, infectious or contagious disease outbreak, power cut, boiler breakdown, Teacher Strikes or other industrial action, by order of Local Authority or Environmental Health, customers will still be liable for fees incurred during the entire period of closure.

Schedule Changes

Sporitng Chance may need to amend activity programmes, schedules, services, dates, times and/or venues on occasions for reasons that may be out of our control. These changes will be communciated to all custoemrs who have pre-booked and will have the optino of full refunds or credit notes.
