What to bring?
Please bring with you plenty to drink, healthy snacks, and a packed lunch, appropriate clothing and footwear for outdoor and indoor play, a change of clothes, a rain jacket/coat, hats and sun-cream if hot, and any necessary medication (notify us beforehand).
If you require us to administer medication, we will ask you to sign a self-administration medication form – please speak to the staff member on entry about this.
Hot weather
If the weather is hot, please ensure children have a cap and have applied sun cream prior to arriving. We will have allergen safe sun cream (F50) onsite but would request where possible children apply their own. If you would like us to apply sun cream to your child, then a letter to authorise this is necessary.
Wet weather
We have adequate indoor space at the school to continue the holiday camp indoors. If we have extended periods of wet weather, then we have devised an indoor programme as back up. This could differ from what is advertised.
IMPORTANT: Please let us know if your child is not attending for any reason on any given day throughout the camp.
Keeping your children safe and well cared for...
