Essential Information
Arrival and collection
Car parking is available in the staff car park from 8:25-8:45am, 9:50-10:15am, 3:25-3:40pm, and 4:40-5:10pm daily. On arrival, please make your way to the entry door in the car park (Holiday Camp entrance point), and a friendly member of our team to welcome to you. You will be asked to sign in for registration as you drop your children off. Children are to be collected at the end of the day from the same place as drop off.
What to bring?
Please bring with you plenty to drink, healthy snacks, and a packed lunch, appropriate clothing and footwear for outdoor and indoor play, a change of clothes, a rain jacket/coat, hats and sun-cream if hot, and any necessary medication (notify us beforehand).
If you require us to administer medication, we will ask you to sign a self-administration medication form – please speak to the staff member on entry about this.
Hot weather
If the weather is hot, please ensure children have a cap and have applied sun cream prior to arriving. We will have sun cream (F50) onsite but would request where possible children apply their own. If you would like us to apply sun cream to your child, then a letter to authorise this is necessary.
Wet weather
We have adequate indoor space at the school to continue the holiday camp indoors. If we have extended periods of wet weather, then we have devised an indoor programme as back up. This could differ from what is advertised as the daily theme.
IMPORTANT: Please let us know if your child is not attending for any reason on any given day throughout the camp.
Keeping your children safe and well cared for...
It is of paramount importance that your children feel safe and welcome at Holiday Camps. We aim to provide an exciting schedule of events, together with a friendly and approachable team to ensure you and your children always feel well cared for each time you attend Holiday Camps. All of our staff have undergone training in safegaurding children, emergency first aid / paediatric first aid, and are enhanced DBS checked. Our onsite camp leader is also the designated safeguarding lead and main first aider.
Please be reminded of our policies regarding behaviour, late collection (and fees), and cancelling your booking with us.
